Lean Abler
Greetings! I'm Tanakorn Tantanawat, also known as Tony. Currently, I serve as a researcher at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) in Thailand. My enthusiasm revolves around the creation of technologies aimed at optimizing production processes for manufacturers.
My primary focus lies in the realm of management, a pivotal element influencing the efficiency of production in manufacturing. I am dedicated to crafting technologies that elevate production management by amalgamating the principles of lean management with the capabilities of digital technology. This synergy results in a robust and effective production management system that can significantly enhance operational efficiency.
Embarking on my digital lean journey, the challenges extend beyond the technical aspects of technology development. The most demanding aspect involves comprehending the needs and nuances of the targeted clientele—small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) manufacturers. Addressing the distinctive constraints and requirements of SME manufacturers is paramount in the thoughtful design and deployment of technologies tailored to their specific context.
If you find resonance with my journey and wish to engage in a conversation, share experiences, or explore collaboration opportunities, feel free to drop me a message. I'm always open to connecting with like-minded individuals on similar paths.
